Espitas Erfurt in Erfurt

Really nice restaurant. I think the buffet is really well done. The staff is very friendly. If you want to drink something, you really have to bring some time ... it can quickly take an hour to get a drink.

We have often eaten at Espitas as a larger group and it is always worth a trip ;-) However, you should reserve in advance. The staff is very friendly. The orders take an average of time to come, but I think that depends entirely on the number of visitors. The dishes are great and I can recommend the gratinated nachos to everyone. ;-)

Good location on Weimarische Strasse in Erfurt. The journey is complicated for those unfamiliar with the area. The ambience is nice, but showing its age. For the food, you have to be a real fan. Anticipating ... our taste, it was only partially. We had hot chilli ribs and mustard and honey pork ribs, which were way too hard. In the best case scenario, the meat will simply detach from the bone without much effort. This was not the case here. The ribs should have cooked for a good hour. A glaring flaw, the silver skin was still on the ribs. This is difficult to digest. The cocktails were good ... we had non-alcoholic drinks ... we can only recommend them. The staff is really extremely courteous, competent and polite. We "old people" will not come back, our children will.

Always worth a visit. Even in times of Covid-19, we felt safe here. Care is taken to wear the mask, even if everything was not full on Tuesday - we think that's very good, it creates a feeling of security and trust! The service was also great and the food delicious! We'd love to come back!

Unfortunately not to be recommended. Guests with a certificate are kicked out and not served. Anyone who treats their guests in this way shouldn't be surprised if the guests are absent soon. Word of mouth is also a way of boycotting such places! Shame yourself. Such behavior is inhuman and discriminatory!

It is a shame that people with disabilities / health restrictions are not welcome as guests in Espitas Erfurt and are thrown out. This is the act of discrimination. You should inform yourself beforehand about the Thuringian Ordinance and also that businesses are not liable if guests cannot wear mouth and nose protection for health reasons. They are also not entitled to request / view a certificate. Employee training and rethinking are urgently needed here.

Already spent very nice evenings here, price-performance ratio is very good, waiters always very attentive, very tasty food and great selection. However, a small minus point that you sometimes wait a long time for your drinks (/ cocktails). Otherwise always worth a recommendation!

I really enjoy staying at Espitas, but I don't like everything there. Unfortunately. And burnt side dishes aren't that big either. The chilli con carne is very good. Corn on the cob used to taste better. Cocktail with rhubarb and vanilla is not that tasty.

The restaurant is a real highlight. And the food is really good too. Very nicely arranged (the eyes eat too). The waitress was tough and friendly. The cocktails absolutely recommendable. Was great with you and keep it up.

Knorky staff, great food (buffet), very tasty cocktails and an incredibly beautiful location with a great feel-good atmosphere - always an all-round successful experience! Hopefully again soon .... ?

Mix the margarita yourself !? Mix the € 10 guacamole yourself! Why am I paying the service?‍♂️? Cocktails are great, food is better! It's all a matter of taste, but I don't find the price-performance ratio justified (too expensive)

Limited choice buffet but okay food. Ribs are marinated with too much flavor enhancer. Some foods are already cold.

Nice people with excellent mexican food. Especially the cessedias and taco are well made. They also got vegetarian and even vegan variants of chili.

Great restaurant with wonderful Mexican flair. The dishes are delicious and the presentation is great. There are even a few vegan and vegetarian options, which are also extremely delicious. The staff is friendly and the view on the terrace is also worth mentioning;) We recommend!

We were there for 4x. But now for the last time. Eating cold, cobwebs directly behind the food, no labeling of the food (sauce chili or sweet, you should recognize it by the color), very loud, begging for spoons, 25 minutes waiting for a drink. The next table didn't work at all, people arrived totally sweaty and it only smelled of sweat. As a result, we had to cancel our visit. The nicest was the completely overwhelmed service.

looks great, a 100% copy of a typical US version. Food? very average ... sorry .... but not even fajitas? "we took it off the menue last year" aha .... pulled pork? maybe they should check what real pulled pork looks and tastes like .... the meat itself was ok, but again thats not pulled pork. waitress? hmmm average, seems she was stressed by the few people already. overall more looks than quality ... sorry

Worst ‘Mexican’ food I’ve ever had. Not sure why they think this is Mexican??? Even the nachos are terrible, and it’s pretty difficult to mess up nachos. My cocktail tasted of nothing but sugar, and I’m still not sure if my Café au lait had any coffee in it, or if it was just milk.

We were there for the brunch buffet. The buffet food was horrible and could not be enjoyed at all. If you want to do all you can eat and your main goal is simply to get full fine, but if you want to enjoy your meal and place value on taste try elsewhere. During the brunch you are not able to order off the menu and had to eat from the buffet. Maybe food ordered directly tastes better.

Staff is very friendly. However, the waiting times are quite long, even if the store is not full. The food is okay. However, the increased hint in the memory card that the dish is "Homemade" suggests that some dishes are only warmed up.

You can get here without a reservation and almost always get a place. The upper floor is more comfortable, especially on the terrace, from which you also have a great view of the city. The selection of drinks and dishes is very diverse. Vegetarians will also get their money's worth here. The waiting time for food can easily be passed with a salad or starter plate. My rum steak was wonderfully medium, soft and juicy. The service attentive and friendly. Full marks and unconditional recommendation ?

We came in the summer en route to Krakow. Fed our party well and cheerfully fairly late in the evening, Really nice waiter happy to spend time chatting to us in English. Good food and drinks, plenty of it for the price. Obviously from the title only spicy food available, with at least one plain option, ie omelettes there would be 5 stars here.

A basic but good mexican restaurant. Nothing fancy, nothing delicious, just some nice mexican stuff.

Tasty and nice. But menu a little bit boring. Everything is the same, but in different forms. Good cocktail menu and lot of tequila sorts. Friendly staff and good atmosphere. Better to go by car, I think. Being they located not so close to the center.
